What Application are make to Transport Department
Application(s) to Transport Department include:
​
1) New Driving Documents
2) Amendment on Driving Test Schedules, and
3) Duplicate Driving Documents, update Corresponding Address and Personal Particulars.
​
1) New Driving Documents such as Driving Test Schedule, Driving License/ Permit,
​
- Driving Test Test Schedule include Written Test Appointment (also known as Road Test Part A), Road Test Part B, Road Test Part C.
​
- Driving License/ Permit include Learner's Driving License, Temporary Driving License, Probationary Driving License, Full Hong Kong Driving License and Hong Kong International Driving Permit.
​
- To apply, the identification document such as HK ID or Passport together with the Address Proof are needed.
​
- To apply Hong Kong International Driving Permit, two passport size photo are needed
​
- To apply Temporary Driving License, applicant must
* have applied the Written Test Appointment within three months after arrival Hong Kong for residency
* holding a valid driving license from a country or place not in Schedule 4, and
* meeting one among following:
# if the applicant is a citizen at the country or place that obtained the driving license
# have spend at least 6 months in the country or place to obtain the driving license,
# the license has been issued at least 5 years.

* If any part of the driving test failed, the Temporary Driving License will be revoked immediately
* If driving tests are one take pass then the applicant could directly apply the Full Hong Kong Driving License
​
- To apply Direct issue of Full Hong Kong Driving License, applicant must
​
* holding a valid driving license from a country or place in Schedule 4
* the driving license is obtained through driving test
* the license hold be valid or not over three years if expired
* driving entitlement(s) must be equivalent to the class(es) authorized to drive
by the issuing country or place, and
* meeting one among following:
# if the applicant is a citizen at the country or place that obtained the driving license
# have spend at least 6 months in the country or place to obtain the driving license,
# the license has been issued at least 5 years.
- To apply a new Driving Document, Transport Department will charge a fee.

- ZDIG charge $610 on Road Test Test Schedule,
$650 on Learner's Driving License,
$190 on new Probationary Driving License,
$145 on renewal Probationary Driving License,
$1000 on Full Hong Kong Driving License,
$400 on Temporary Driving License,
$400 on Hong Kong International Driving Permit

2) Amendment on Driving Test Schedule such as Postponement, Changing Test Region, Temporary Cancel Test Date, and
​
- To apply, identification document such as HK ID or Passport together with the Road test Test Form is needed
- If apply postponement is due to sickness or surgery then doctor slip has to be available with HK ID, Test Form
and submit within a month
​
- ZDIG charge $100 on above application(s) except Temporary Cancel Test Date $200.
​
3) Duplicate Driving Document, Update on Corresponding Address and Personal Particulars.
​
- Duplicate Driving Document include Road Test Test Schedule and Driving License
​​
- To apply Corresponding Address Update, the HK ID together with Address Proof are needed.
- To appy the update on personal particular, the HK ID is needed.
- To apply Duplicate Driving License, Transport Department will charge a fee.
​
- ZDIG charge $100 on above application(s) except Duplicate Driving License $210.
​
For item 1) and address update in 3), besides the identification document, address proof of applicant also be needed.


The Q&A Booklet/ Reviewer
​
To prepare the applicant for the Written Test, we have a Q&A Booklet with 281 simulated multiple choice questions with answers at the bottom of eaceh page, for the applicant to practice, available for sales.
​

Clearly, the Q&A booklet is a supplementary exercise on the Road user Code from transport Department. Applicant is recommended to study all the sections in the Q&A booklet plus of course Chapter 5,6,8,9,10 then the rest of chapters in the Road User Code.

How to Apply
​
Applicant through Whatsapp text us (@Simon Mo 69273113) with his/ her name and the needed document such as ID and Address Proof, for the application. Also, place the order on the Q&A booklet if needed.
​
Upon received the message and document, we will check on it and advise the applicant it is good, otherwise will guide the applicant for proper documents needed. Also, we will advise the applicant on the application cost total.
​
How to Pay
​
There are two ways an applicant can make payment for the application requested.
​
1) Payment transfer through Fast Payment System (FPS) to our phone (Simon Mo 69273113) the proper amount,
​
2) Take the QR code on the business card (Simon Mo) below to any 7-11, Circle K or McDonald to settle the payment ( 7-11 multiple of $1, Circle K and McDonald multiple of $50). Then WhatsApp us (@Simon Mo 69273113) the receipt from the shop.

Process of the Applicant Order
​
After checked the needed document and received the payment receipt from the application, we will proceed the preparation, schedule to submit the application and pick up the driving document on the same day. Afterwards will text the applicant if the driving document to be send by local mail or the applicant will pick up in person or by representative.



Note:
​
a) For Repeater Early Test Appointment booking, available slot(s) from 7th to 30th day from current working day, due to keen open demand and scarcely supply on the designated road test, we not advise to apply but through the normal line of channel with Transport Department.
​
b) If it is a repeat on a driving test, a 7 clear days (about 10 working days) after the most recent test then could submit the application on the new Driving Test Test Schedule, except the Written Test that could be submitted the next working day.
​
c) A 7 clear days (about 10 working days) after the complete pass on Road Test Part B and C, the application on Probationary Driving License could be submitted.
​
d) Postponement or Temporary Test Date Cancellation on the Test Schedule has to be submitted 7 clear days (about 10 working days) in advance of the test date on the Test Schedule form.
​
e) Each Road Test Test Schedule form has an 18 months validity from the issue day of the form. If postponement, the new test date has to be on or before the expiry date of the test form. Say, if the test form issue on Monday 10 December 2029, then the form will be expired on Monday 9 June 2031.
There is NO specific number of postponement against this form could be submitted but postponement applied cannot be over the expiry date 9 Jun 2031 of the form.
